A small fleet,
kept properly.
Motorhome Luxury is an independent hire operator based in Reading, Berkshire. We run few enough vehicles to know each one's habits, prepare it without rushing, and hand it over like it matters. Because it does; it is your holiday.
What “ready”
means here.
Between every hire the vehicle is deep-cleaned inside, washed outside, and put through a habitation check: gas system, water system, heating, electrics, seals. Tyres, fluids and lights are checked on the chassis side. A mattress protector is provided with one bedsheet for the double over-cabin bed. Please bring your own other linen. Both gas bottles are filled and the fresh tank is topped.
Our motorhome is the Swift Bessacarr 496. Its specification is shown below:
- 6 berth
- 6 belted seats
- 7.90 m
- 4,250 kg MTPLM
- Licence C1
The Swift Bessacarr 496 requires category C1. Driver eligibility is checked before hire.
Collection & return,
clearly arranged.
Most hire problems are really handover problems, so ours is unhurried. We go through driving the vehicle, the heating and hot water, the gas, the fridge, filling and draining, the toilet cassette, hook-up, and how everything stows for the road. You drive it on the forecourt before you drive it on the motorway.
Collection is at 7 pm and return is by 4 pm, by agreement, allowing time to prepare the motorhome for same-day turnaround. Collection and return by agreement.
