A fixed £250 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve, regardless of hire length. Pay this deposit once, after owner approval; it is included in the hire total. The remaining hire balance and applicable extras/insurance surcharges are due six weeks before collection. A separate £850 security deposit is required before the hire commences.

Minimum stay: 3 nights outside high season (2 nights by prior agreement); 5 nights for stays including any high-season night (1 June–7 September). The return date does not count as an additional night.

Drivers are subject to insurer approval and must provide a valid driving licence and required identification. All drivers must attend collection and provide a photocard licence, a DVLA check no more than 5 days old and two different proofs of address dated within 3 months. Complete the driver’s licence check form before hire.

Fully comprehensive insurance is included for approved drivers during the agreed rental period. Standard insurance excess is £750. European travel and certain driver circumstances may attract an additional insurance charge.

£850 security deposit. Normally refunded following return, cleaning and inspection of the vehicle, subject to any damage, charges or other outstanding matters.

Mileage costs for EU and Scotland travel are at the owner’s discretion. Please contact us to discuss. For EU travel, an itinerary of your planned route is required to calculate mileage. Satellite navigation, a bike rack and TV are included. Bike-rack capacity is subject to confirmation for the supplied vehicle.

Collection and return times are agreed as part of the booking. Collection is at 7 pm and return by 4 pm, allowing same-day turnaround. Alternative times may be agreed in writing.

European travel is permitted only with prior written approval and the required insurance/documentation. Additional insurance charges may apply.

Pets are subject to approval based on size and breed and are charged at £15.00 per day. Cleaning costs apply; see the Terms & Conditions.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the motorhome. A £250 charge applies for smoking or vaping.

Hirer is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and must return it in substantially the same condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. Damage, misuse, excessive cleaning and uninsured losses may result in charges. Please read the vehicle-care conditions and damage and liability terms for details.

Contact Motorhome Luxury immediately in the event of an accident, breakdown or operational problem. Accident information, photographs and third-party details should be collected where appropriate.

Please send cancellation requests in writing or by email. The £250 booking deposit is non-refundable. More than 6 weeks before travel, only the booking deposit is charged. Between 6 and 4 weeks, 50% of the total hire cost is forfeited; 4 weeks or less, 100% is forfeited. Cancellation requests are considered individually. Please read the full cancellation terms.

Complaints should be submitted in writing within 28 days following the end of the hire.

Prices starting from £130/day

• Off Season — November, December, January and February: £130/day.
• Christmas Period — 20 December to 1 January inclusive: £145/day, replacing the off-season rate.
• Low Season — March, April and October: £155/day.
• Mid Season — May and 8–30 September: £175/day.
• High Season — June to early September (1 June–7 September): £200/day.

Each rental day is priced using its own date. The return date is not charged as an additional day.

EU travel: +£30 per rental day. Scotland travel: +£20 per rental day. Select the applicable travel extras when requesting dates and tell us your route. European travel requires prior written approval and the required insurance/documentation. Additional insurance charges may apply.

Example: 7 high-season days × £200 + 7 days of Scotland travel × £20 = £1,540.
